· Visit your dentist: For the best oral health and smile possible, you need to visit your dentist every six months for a routine dental cleaning and checkup. These appointments are vital if you want to completely prevent gum disease as well as maintain a beautiful and healthy smile.
· Take care of your braces: If you have braces, it’s very important that you take care of them. Make sure you brush and floss after every meal and snack and you stay away from habits that can break your appliance.
